Planning Small Event Photography
Every small event starts with a clear conversation about the date, venue, duration, and the moments that matter most. That planning step helps shape coverage that fits the flow of the event without getting in the way.
Coverage is usually planned as a half-day session, with a project quote based on the schedule, venue access, and the final deliverables. Priority moments, group photographs, and speaker or guest portraits can be included when they are part of the agreed brief.
Clear coverage plans, calm coordination, and edited galleries
Moments Captured photographs private celebrations, small business events, and community gatherings with a simple process from inquiry to private delivery.
After the event, the images are curated and edited before delivery through a private gallery. Duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images are removed during selection, so the final gallery reflects the strongest material from the session.
Moments Captured works in the studio and on location in Laboulaye, with bookings available by contact form, email, phone, or a planning call. Payment options include card and bank transfer, and the location plan is confirmed before the session.
